What is a Digital Gift Card for the Atrium Flora shopping centre?

The Digital Gift Card is a card that is stored in your phone’s digital wallet, and you can use it to pay in any store at the Atrium Flora shopping centre that accepts Apple Pay or Google Pay.
 If you don’t know how to add the card to your digital wallet, go to point 6.

I’m having trouble with an online order

If an error occurs after the payment process, please make sure there are sufficient funds on your payment card, that the card is valid, and that you have entered all the information correctly. You can also try using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Opera). If the problem persists, please contact the customer support team of the card issuer, DiPocket UAB, by sending a request to contact@dipocket.org. In order for our customer support team to assist you, we will need the following information:

• What web browser do you use?
• Are you on a computer or phone?
• At what point in the order process did the problem appear?

How will the Digital Gift Card be delivered?

After the Digital Gift Card is purchased, the card will be delivered to the recipient via an activation link in an email. The delivery of a Digital Gift Card can also be scheduled up to two weeks in advance, and the card will expire one year from the date of issue (= which is the date of purchase).

Do I need to pay a delivery fee?

There is no delivery charge as the Digital Gift Card for Atrium Flora is delivered by email. If you want to know more about the delivery of the Digital Gift Card, go to point 3.

How can I activate my Digital Gift Card?

The Digital Gift Card can only be activated after you create a DiPocket account according to the instructions in the email with the activation link. After you sign up, your card will activate. Once your card is activated, you cannot use the link in the email again or transfer it to another person. In order to use your card, you must add it to your Apple or Google Pay wallet.

Why can’t I activate my Digital Gift Card?

There are a few reasons why you may not be able to activate your Digital Gift Card:

• You may have an incompatible device that does not support digital payment.
• You may not be in the Czech Republic during the activation of your Digital Gift Card.
• You card may already be activated.
• You may have poor Internet connection preventing you from connecting to our services.

How can I tell if my device is compatible for activation of the Digital Gift Card?

Mobile devices require Near-Field Communication (NFC) to make in-store digital payments. If you have an older device, it may not support NFC.
To find out if you have a compatible device, use the following links:

How can you add the Digital Gift Card to Apple Pay?

Once the card is activated, go to your Apple digital wallet and tap the Plus button. Follow the instructions for adding a card to the wallet.

• Open the Wallet application.
• Click on the ‘+’ symbol in the top right corner of the screen.
• Select ‘Manually enter card details’.
• In the list of banks and card issuers, select: DiPocket.
• Fill in the expiry date of the card and your details, accept the terms and conditions.
• Select verify via text message and enter the code received in an SMS.

If you have Apple Watch, this device will be made available to you in the list of connected devices during the Add to Apple Pay process.

How can you add the Digital Gift Card to Google Pay?

• Open the Google Pay application.
• In the top left, tap the Menu icon and then Payment methods.
• Next to the payment method you want to set up for contactless payments, select Enable contactless payments.
• Follow the instructions to verify the payment method.

How to shop with a Digital Gift Card

The Digital Gift Card can only be used via Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on your mobile device. After activating your Digital Gift Card, you will need to add the card to your mobile phone’s ‘digital wallet’.

Where can I redeem the Digital Gift Card?

The Digital Gift Card can only be redeemed at the Atrium Flora shopping centre in stores that allow contactless payments through Apple Pay or Google Pay (some stores may not accept Digital Gift Cards).

Can I use the Digital Gift Card to shop online?

The Digital Gift Card can unfortunately not be used to shop online. The Digital Gift Card for the Atrium Flora shopping centre can only be redeemed at the Atrium Flora shopping centre at stores that allow contactless payments through Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Can I buy something that costs more or less than the value on my Digital Gift Card?

Your Digital Gift Card can be used at multiple stores until the total value of the card is used up (or the card expires). For purchases amounting to more than the remaining balance on the card, participating retailers may accept additional payment methods, but this is subject to individual retailer policies. Ask the retailer for more information.

Can I share or give my Digital Gift Card to someone else?

The original recipient can forward the email or activation link to someone else and this other person can use it, as long as it hasn’t been activated by someone else before.

Can I get a refund for a purchase made with a Digital Gift Card?

Digital Gift Cards are intended for a single use and money cannot be returned to the gift card. Any dispute regarding goods or services purchased with a Digital Gift Card must be resolved with the manager of the store where the original purchase was made.

How can I check the balance on my Digital Gift Card?

You can check your Digital Gift Card balance online by signing into your profile at atriumflora.dipocket.org.

How can I check completed transactions on my Digital Gift Card?

You can check your Digital Gift Card transactions online by signing into your profile at atriumflora.dipocket.org. If you have multiple Digital Gift Cards, match the card number in your mobile wallet with the corresponding card number in your profile.

Where can I find the PIN for my Digital Gift Card?

Payments made via a mobile device often do not require a PIN. If you are asked for a PIN, you can easily generate it by signing into your DiPocket profile.
A PIN for your Digital Gift Card will be sent to the phone number provided when you signed up at atriumflora.dipocket.org. You can also forward or change it here. You can find everything in the menu under the Card tab. If you need help, contact customer support at contact@dipocket.org.

What will happen to my Digital Gift Card after I use the full value of the card?

Your Digital Gift Card will remain in your mobile wallet until you remove it. If you want to remove the card from your mobile wallet, follow the instructions at the following links:

• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Your card will still be visible in your DiPocket profile with the option to view your card transaction history.

When does the Digital Gift Card expire?

The Digital Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue (= the date of purchase). Each Digital Gift Card expires exactly 12 months from this date. For example, if the card is purchased on 11 September 2021, it will expire on 10 September 2022. The expiry date of the Digital Gift Card is only listed in months, 09/2022.
 After the Digital Gift Card expires, the card is no longer valid and all transactions will be declined. For more information, read the Terms and Conditions.

What happens if I lose my phone? Can I get my Digital Gift Card back?

If you lose your mobile phone containing an activated Digital Gift Card, you can simply restore it by signing into your DiPocket profile. To avoid unauthorised transactions, place a remote lock on your device – see Apple and Google online support for information on how to do this.
